In ARC Raiders, the gun shop trader, Tian Wen, offers a quest called “Market Correction,” in which you’re asked to investigate a nefarious cache in the Buried City. Much like the “Straight Record” quest, you’re given very vague instructions, and it can be easy to miss the objective.
“Market Correction” can be completed solo, and doesn’t require a successful extraction. If you’re simply trying to complete the quest, and don’t care to loot or complete other objectives, taking a free loadout or making a budget loadout should be more than enough to see you through “Market Correction.”
Where To Find The Cache Near Marano Station
Near The Station’s North End
The map above has a blue ping placed on top of the cache’s location. It’s near Marano Station’s north end, east of the platform, next to a concrete structure. The cache itself blends in with the structure, and is made up of two cylindrical containers tied together and adorned with what appears to be some kind of red ribbon.
Once you locate the cache, there are two more, very simple steps. First, hold the interact button to investigate the cache. Next, do the same to sabotage the cache. Once that’s done, you can return to Speranza and talk to Tian Wen to get your reward:

Market Correction Quest Tips & Tricks
Get In & Out If You Need To
Buried City is denser than the other three maps (and may remain the densest depending on the new map coming in November), so there’s a higher risk of running into other Raiders while trying to complete “Market Correction.” Luckily, Marano Station is relatively out of the way on the northwest side of the map. Here are some tips if you’re struggling to get there and find the cache location:
- Bring Adrenaline Injectors so you can sprint for longer without running out of stamina. If completing the quest is your only goal, you can run straight there, but you should still avoid drawing ARC’s attention.
- Watch out for large ARC robots to the south of Marano Station. Leapers and Bastions can often be found in and around nearby Marano Park.
- Bring a Raider Hatch Key if you want to get out of Buried City quickly. Marano Station has a Raider Hatch very close to where you’ll find the cache.
- Go solo and take a free loadout if completing the quest is your only goal. If you get eliminated with a free loadout, the only thing you’ve lost is a few minutes.
- Extracting isn’t necessary to complete “Market Correction.” Do it first thing in a run to get it out of the way.
ARC Raiders‘ quests tend to do a pretty good job of bringing you to interesting locations and having you scrounge around for unique items, but the directions can often be vague – as is the case with “Market Correction.” “Near Marano Station” doesn’t help narrow the search radius, but luckily the rest of the quest is pretty straightforward, and once it’s done, you can move on to other things in ARC Raiders.
