Sydney Sweeney and Dr. Squatch‘s bathwater soap, Sydney’s Bathwater Bliss, is being sold for $1499 online. The soap, which was officially announced by the actress and the soap-making company in May 2025, was released on June 6, 2025. Following its launch, the product quickly sold out on the official website. Since then, third-party resellers have gotten their hands on the bathwater soap and put it back up for sale.

Sydney Sweeney’s 1/5000 bathwater soap is now being sold on eBay for $1,499.
As seen in the item’s pictures, the package contains both the bathwater soap and a certificate of authenticity.
Other sellers are selling the item in the price ranges of $299-$799. At one point, the soap was also being sold for $2000.
Recently, British TV host Lorraine Kelly discussed the creation and marketing of Sydney Sweeney’s soap with journalists Matt Chorley and Claer Barrett on her show. Kelly pondered why the Euphoria star “was selling her bath water” and called the situation surrounding the product a “silly marketing nonsense.” In response, Chorley jokingly told Kelly she was a “cynic.” Kelly acknowledged that she was “cynical” but noted that what she said was “true.”
Moreover, Sydney Sweeney’s bathwater soap and the situation involving the item being resold online at exorbitant prices were roasted by Greg Gutfeld in an appearance on a Fox News panel. Joe DeVito, in a conversation with Gutfeld, said that Sweeney’s soap, which he bought a few bars of, smelled “a lot better” than Gwyneth Paltrow’s “This Smells Like My Vagina” candle.
Gutfield later jokingly mentioned that if he ever made a bar of soap, he would incorporate hair into it. This elicited a disgusted response from the other panelists.
Sydney Sweeney had earlier revealed in an E! News interview that she had “pitched” the idea for her bathwater soap.
