The newest season of Nickelodeon‘s popular animated TV show has officially been added to Paramount+’s library. This comes seven months after the iconic show’s fifteenth season had concluded its 13-episode run.
What beloved TV show’s latest season is now available on Paramount+?
As of today, all thirteen episodes of SpongeBob SquarePants Season 15 are now available to stream on Paramount+. It currently has a Popcornmeter rating of 87% on Rotten Tomatoes.
“Season 15 sees SpongeBob reuniting with old friends to set sail on exciting new adventures while paying tribute to 25 years of nautical nonsense,” reads the logline.
The show has been on-air since 1999. It was created by Stephen Hillenburg and produced by Nickelodeon. It features the voices of Tom Kenny as SpongeBob, Carolyn Lawrence as Sandy Cheeks, Clancy Brown as Mr. Krabs, Bill Fagerbakke as Patrick Star, Rodger Bumpass as Squidward, and Mr. Lawrence as Plankton.
Last December, Paramount Pictures released the long-running franchise’s newest adventure movie, The SpongeBob Movie: Search for SquarePants, in theaters, which garnered a total worldwide gross of around $145 million. The latest movie featured SpongeBob going on an adventure with ghost pirate The Flying Dutchman in an attempt to prove his bravery to Mr. Krabs. It received positive reviews from critics, with an approval rating of 82% on Rotten Tomatoes.
