November 20 Is Going To Be a Great Day for Jurassic World Fans

After already enjoying Jurassic World Rebirth this summer, Jurassic World fans have a lot to be excited about on November 20. Netflix has confirmed that the fourth and final season of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory will begin streaming on November 20. The first season of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory aired just last year in May, and Netflix has released two full seasons since, first in October 2024 and second in April 2025. Similar to previous seasons, Netflix will release all episodes of Jurassic World: Chaos Theory Season 4 at once; the episodes will not be released every week.

Jurassic World: Chaos Theory follows the Camp Cretaceous gang, who come together to solve a conspiracy theory that threatens the lives of dinosaurs and humans alike. Chaos Theory stars Sean Giambrone as Ben Pincus, Paul-Mikél Williams as Darius Bowman, Kiersten Kelly as Brooklynn, Kausar Mohammed as Yasmine Fadoula, and Raini Rodriguez as Sammy Gutierrez. Severance veteran Dichen Lachman, who stars in the Apple TV sci-fi series as Gemma/Ms. Casey, also has a role in Chaos Theory as Soyona Santos. The Netflix show was written and created for television by Scott Kreamer and Zack Stentz, with Nick Rodriguez, Sara Karimipour, and Bethany Armstrong Johnson filling out the writers’ room.

The Jurassic franchise began with Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park movies. It was dead for years before it returned in the form of Jurassic World, the 2015 blockbuster starring Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard. The duo headlined three movies before the franchise went through a soft reboot with Jurassic World Rebirth. Scarlett Johansson, Mahershala Ali, and Jonathan Bailey are the new stars, but it’s unclear at this time how long their tenure will last.

Will There Be Another Jurassic World Movie?

Universal has yet to announce if it will release another Jurassic World movie, and the recent performance of Jurassic World Rebirth certainly isn’t making these conversations any easier. The film was panned by critics and only moderately enjoyed by audiences, and although it grossed over $850 million globally, it was still the first Jurassic World film to not reach $1 billion at the box office. Despite the star power of Scarlett Johansson and Mahershala Ali, Jurassic World Rebirth didn’t lay out a clear-cut path to a sequel. The franchise may be put on ice for a while.
