With the fall television slate officially less than a month away from premiering, CBS is offering its best look yet at the life of Morena Baccarin‘s small-town Sheriff Mickey Fox. A new full trailer for the Fire Country spinoff, Sheriff Country, was released today, teasing the problems she encounters as the face of law enforcement in Edgewater, where crime is on the rise, and she’s the person everyone turns to. She also has to balance her job with the stresses of being a single mother with a daughter who appears to be heading down the wrong path. It’s just a taste of what’s to come when Mickey’s first shift begins on October 17.
