Jennifer Garner recently paid tribute via social media to her ex-husband Ben Affleck on Father’s Day. The couple co-parents three children: Violet, Seraphina, and Samuel. Garner and Affleck formed a relationship after meeting and working together on the movies Pearl Harbor and Daredevil. They then tied the knot in 2005 and stayed married for 10 years before splitting in 2015 and finalizing their divorce in 2018.

Jennifer Garner took to her Instagram stories to celebrate Ben Affleck’s role as a father to their three children on Father’s Day. She shared a heartwarming picture of The Accountant star lying on the sofa, with one of their children as a baby, resting soundly on his chest.
“Happy Father’s Day to 3 people’s favorite landing spot,” Garner wrote.

Garner also paid tribute to her own father, the late William John Garner, who passed away on March 30, 2024, at the age of 85. The 13 Going on 30 actress uploaded a video of herself walking with her father and smiling.
“Being fathered by someone who loves being a dad is a gift; my sisters and I know this and (lucky for us) all of our kids do, too,” she wrote. “Happy Father’s Day to the Dads, no matter where you are. To the uncles and grandfathers and father figures, too. We love you,” (via PEOPLE)
Earlier this year, in a GQ interview, Ben Affleck showered praise on Jennifer Garner, calling her a “really good co-parent” and “partner.” He further mentioned that the actress was “wonderful and great,” adding that they “work together well.”
Speculation emerged earlier this year, suggesting that Affleck was open to rekindling his relationship with Garner. Page Six reported via a source that Affleck was willing to give his old relationship with Garner another chance if “the timing is ever right.” However, another source claimed that Garner didn’t feel the same way as she is “happy” with her current partner, John C. Miller.
