November has been a strong month on streaming sites. While the box office continued to underperform until the return of Glinda and Elphaba, the biggest streamers have consistently released unmissable movies and shows. From the latter, this month saw Prime Video deliver several of the best television options of November, from the critically acclaimed The Mighty Nein to a second season of the hit series Hazbin Hotel. ‘How to Get Away with Murder’ (2014–2020)

The series was nominated for 10 Primetime Emmys during its run, sadly snagging just one, with the consistently superb Davis winning in the Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series category.

For a gripping mystery series to fall headfirst into this weekend, look no further than The Fall. The series follows detective Stella Gibson (Gillian Anderson) as she relocates to Belfast, only to quickly find herself facing the toughest case of her career, as she attempts to catch the charismatic Paul Spector (Jamie Dornan), a serial killer who stalks his victims.
From start to finish, across its 17 episodes and three seasons, The Fall is perfectly gripping television. Anderson is as brilliant as ever, with Dornan putting in one of his career-best performances alongside a superb supporting cast. Managing to balance several plots as it offers a detailed character examination on both sides of this cat-and-mouse chase, The Fall is well worth your time.

There are some shows so impressive that everyone should watch them once. If you’re one of the few yet to catch Phoebe Waller-Bridge‘s Fleabag, there’s no better time than the present. Adapted from Waller-Bridge’s award-winning play, the show follows the titular Fleabag as she navigates the highs, lows, and in-betweens of being a grieving single woman in a busy modern world.
Prepare to laugh through your tears, as Fleabag perfectly balances touching drama and fresh humor. One of the highest-rated shows of all time, winning six Primetime Emmys in just two seasons and earning a perfect 100% Rotten Tomatoes score, Fleabag somehow builds upon its near-perfect first season with a second widely believed to be one of the best seasons of television ever made.
