In the time since Pokémon Legends: Z-A released in November, we’ve gotten the Mega Dimension DLC and regular updates, along with quite a few Mystery Gifts and other freebies. Now, anyone playing Legends: Z-A has around 24 hours left to claim this free download before it’s seemingly gone forever.
In order to claim this free Pokémon, you’ll need to head over to the Mystery Gift tab, which you can access through the main menu in Legends: Z-A. You’ll need to select the option to input a code, and then follow through with the corresponding password (which can be found below). It’s as simple as that!
Pokémon Legends: Z-A Players Have 24 Hours To Grab Charizard
This is your last chance to grab Alpha Charizard through the Mystery Gift feature in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. The code will no longer be valid after January 19, 2026. In order to get the Level 36 Alpha Charizard in the meantime, you’ll need to input the correct Mystery Gift code. That code is B1G0006.
You’ll then find Alpha Charizard in your Box, and you can add it to your party. This Alpha Charizard comes with Solar Beam, which sets it apart from the ones in-game, but it also comes with good Charizard moves like Flamethrower, Air Slash, and Dragon Claw. So you’ve got four different moves of four different types to work with here.
There Are Plenty Of Other Mystery Gift Codes
If you’re reading this after the Alpha Charizard giveaway has ended, then there are still other Mystery Gifts currently available. Here are the available free items you don’t need a code for, only an Internet connection, as well as when they expire:
- Mewtwonite X Mega Stone x1, Mewtwonite Y Mega Stone x1 — no known expiration date yet
- Diancite Stone x1 – February 28, 2026
- Raltz x1, Gardevoirite Stone x1 – February 28, 2026
You’ll need to complete the corresponding side missions in Legends: Z-A in order to catch Diancie and Mewtwo in order to use their Mega Stones. This also means completing the main story first.
Here are the Mystery Gifts currently available with a code/password, along with their expiration dates:
- B1G0006 – Alpha Charizard, expires January 19, 2026
- PREPAR1NG – Max Revives x5, Full Restore x10, Ultra Balls x10, expires March 31, 2026
While these are the only available gifts right now, Pokémon does a pretty decent job of adding fresh ones, so it’s really only a matter of time before more come along. In the meantime, make sure you grab the free Alpha Charizard in Pokémon Legends: Z-A before it’s gone for good.
