‘Elsbeth’ Teams Up With Your Favorite Side Character Once Again in New Season 3 Sneak Peek [Exclusive]

Elsbeth loves to bring our favorite actors into Elsbeth Tascioni’s (Carrie Preston) world. And there are a few characters we get to see pop up from time to time. Like Nadine Clay, played by Laura Benanti. While many of Elsbeth’s cases lead to a one-time guest star (with the exception of when Elsbeth found herself in jail), with Nadine, fans get to check in with Benanti’s socialite model. And in a new exclusive clip from this week’s episode, Nadine is filling Elsbeth in on how the modeling world used to be!

Jamie Pressly plays a fellow model who heads to New York to try to get her revenge. But given Nadine’s history with Elsbeth and her own connection to murder cases, what is going to happen this time around? The episode is described as follows: “A fallen ‘90s supermodel (Jaime Pressly) returns to New York for a reunion and revenge, leading Elsbeth to sort through old grudges and lies to catch a killer. Meanwhile, Officer Hackett takes her turn in the spotlight.”

In the exclusive sneak peek from “Glamazons,” Nadine and Elsbeth are featured walking down the New York streets, and it does seem like Elsbeth caught Nadine in a lie. She brings up being from Moldova and Elsbeth, to her credit, clocks that her story maybe doesn’t match up with what Nadine told her about in the past. Is she from Moldova? Did she model in Milan? What about the model house that Nadine is outlining for Elsbeth? All of it is suspect, but Nadine has been in this place before! The question is: Can she get out of yet another murder case when Elsbeth is on the case?

Elsbeth Is Learning a Lot About the Models

In Elsbeth, Nadine first appeared at the end of Season 1 when a photographer was killed and Nadine ended up a suspect. She got out of that run-in with Elsbeth, a free woman, and she came back in Season 2 as a guest star again. This time, it does seem a little more suspect. Nadine talked to Elsbeth about the events the models would go to and how things were before social media existed, but what does that mean for Nadine? Did she kill Pressly’s model or is this yet another case where Nadine is innocent? We’ll have to see what happens on this week’s episode.
