AMC’s supernatural series Mayfair Witches has received a new update, outlining when the next season of the Alexandra Daddario show will arrive on Netflix in the United States. The information confirms the show’s continued rollout on the platform following its earlier addition under AMC’s licensing deal.
Mayfair Witches Season 2 to stream on Netflix in December
Mayfair Witches Season 2 will stream on Netflix US on December 2, 2025. All eight episodes originally aired on AMC between January and March 2025 (via What’s on Netflix).
The series takes place in the Anne Rice “Immortal” universe and follows Rowan Fielding, played by Alexandra Daddario, as she discovers she is the heiress to the Mayfair dynasty. Season 2 expands the cast by adding Alyssa Jirrels, Ben Feldman, Ted Levine, and Mariana A. Novak.
Netflix added Season 1 in August 2024 through the AMC–Netflix licensing deal. The renewed agreement brings extra seasons of existing shows and adds new titles like Orphan Black, Echoes, and This Is Going to Hurt. Netflix rolled out Season 1 to select international regions in September 2024. More territories are expected to receive Season 2, with the UK currently planned for March 2026.
Netflix will begin releasing Talamasca: The Secret Order in international regions in December 2025 before a later US launch. The Immortal universe continues to grow as productions advance across multiple connected titles.
AMC renewed Mayfair Witches for Season 3 and restarted production in Vancouver. Filming is scheduled to wrap on February 11, 2026. The season will explore witchcraft mythology and introduce new “spellbound” families. It will also depict historical events from Salem, Massachusetts.
James Frain and Eliza Scanlen have joined the cast. Thomas Schnauz will showrun alongside Esta Spalding. AMC has not announced a release window for Season 3. Netflix availability will depend on the licensing deal, which covers Seasons 1 and 2 through December 2, 2026.
