Paramount Plus’s new TV and movie releases for November 17-23, 2025, include The Smurfs Season 3 and Rocketman.
The Smurfs Season 3, consisting of 52 episodes, arrives on Paramount Plus on Wednesday, November 19, 2025. The animated series follows the title characters, a community of small blue-skinned creatures that live in mushroom-shaped houses. While the Smurfs resemble each other physically, they have distinct personality traits that set them apart from one another.
Next, Rocketman arrives on Paramount Plus on Friday, November 21, 2025. This biographical musical drama follows the life and career of popular British musician Elton John. The film explores John’s time as a prodigy at the Royal Academy of Music and his partnership with Bernie Taupin.
Taron Egerton and Jamie Bell lead the cast as John and Taupin. Supporting cast members include Richard Madden, Bryce Dallas Howard, Gemma Jones, Steven Mackintosh, Tom Bennett, Matthew Illesley, and Kit Connor.
Also dropping on Paramount Plus this week are Wakefield and the PAW Patrol Holiday Fireplace special.
Wakefield is a drama movie helmed by Robin Swicord, who also wrote the screenplay. The story follows a man who suffers a nervous breakdown, resulting in his abandonment of his family and his moving to an attic, where he lives in secret. Bryan Cranston stars as the title character alongside a supporting cast that includes Jennifer Garner, Jason O’Mara, Beverly D’Angelo, and Ian Anthony Dale, among others.
Meanwhile, PAW Patrol Holiday Fireplace sees the titular protagonists warm themselves near a fireplace, next to which a Christmas tree, stockings, and presents are situated.
