While only time will tell how Carol’s story will unfold in Pluribus, she can eventually threaten to harm the infected if they do not find a cure for their own illness. The show has revealed that the infected are already trying to find a way to get the immune individuals infected using their combined knowledge of science.
Carol could threaten them and show them how dangerous she could be to force them to find a cure for the virus. She will undoubtedly have to cross certain moral boundaries to pull this off. Going as far as Walter White in Breaking Bad will not be necessary, but a little coercion from her end in the Apple TV show could really help.
