HBO Max’s new TV and movie release schedule for October 6 to October 12, 2025, includes SMILING FRIENDS Season 3, Alex vs America Season 5, Bugs Bunny Builders Season 2G, and The Substance.
On October 6, SMILING FRIENDS Season 3 drops on HBO Max. The animated series follows a small company whose purpose is to make everyone smile. It features the numerous misadventures and roadblocks as the representatives try their best to help their customers.
Furthermore, Alex vs America Season 5 will be available on the streaming platform. It focuses on a group of talented chefs engaging in a fierce cooking battle against Alex Guarnaschelli. They face a series of challenges to emerge victorious.
Also coming to HBO Max is Bugs Bunny Builders Season 2G. This animated series covers the fresh adventures of everyone’s favorite Bugs Bunny and his loony friends. However, this time they are seen working in the construction field with their unique vehicles.
Additionally, the science-fiction horror film The Substance arrives on the streaming giant. It revolves around Elisabeth Sparkle, whose life turns upside down after her sexist boss terminates her from her aerobics show. She then injects herself with a serum that promises a younger and beautiful version of herself.
