How soon could fans see a sequel to the summer blockbuster, Superman? Faster than a speeding bullet? On threads, DCU head and Superman director, James Gunn, may have just casually teased that a sequel to the 83% Certified Fresh film. The film stars David Corenswet as the Man of Steel, with Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane, and Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor. Superman has officially ushered in DCU and now Gunn is teasing on social media that a follow-up could be coming. When asked what Gunn is up to next now that press for the film is over, Gunn teases “Peacemaker press!! And sequel writing!!!” on his list of things to do. The most logical place for fans’ minds to go is, of course, a sequel to Superman.
