All Genshin Impact 6.X Character Leaks & Banners

The character release lineup from Genshin Impact 6.0 through Version 6.8 has been leaked, revealing several of the upcoming playable units that you will get access to via the banners, some of which are important lore-related figures, while others will represent new faces that the Traveler will meet in Nod-Krai. At the moment, the action RPG by HoYoverse is going through Version 5.7, an update that has added an Archon Quest connecting the Traveler’s sibling to Natlan, and introducing Skirk to Genshin Impact as a playable character following her debut as an NPC at the end of the Fontaine arc.

There is still a lot to do in Version 5.7, such as the new permanent endgame mode, Stygian Onslaught, which will offer you a valuable Artifact-related item. Even though there is still content to go through, attention is already shifting toward the future, as the game gets ever closer to Version 6.0 and the introduction of Nod-Krai. The most recent leaks have highlighted the character banners in Genshin Impact 5.8, expected to be the final patch before Version 6.0, but now, even some leaked information about Nod-Krai has been circulating, including Nod-Krai’s exclusive mechanics and its many different factions.

Aside from the general information about Nod-Krai, a set of new information about the playable character lineup between Versions 6.0 and 6.8 has been leaked. According to details provided by the leaker known as Shiroha, there will be 10 new playable characters being released between the aforementioned updates. The leak was shared by user ISRUKRENG in a post flagged as “Questionable” on Reddit. The leaked information does not provide details about the rarities of the characters, but you can now have a sense of what to expect from the patches related to Nod-Krai in Genshin Impact.

I skipped Furina’s banners, believing I already had characters that fulfilled her roles in Genshin Impact, and I deeply regret the decision I made.

As seen in the leak, two new characters will be released in Version 6.0, both of which had previously been leaked. Following that, in Version 6.1, there is one character lined up for release. Version 6.2 will allegedly only feature one new playable character, whereas Version 6.3 will see the release of two new units. According to the leak, there will be no new unit in Version 6.4, though Version 6.5 is said to follow up with the release of Varka in Genshin Impact. Versions 6.6, 6.7, and 6.8 will each have one new playable character, according to the leak.

Several Characters Had Already Been Leaked Or Mentioned

The list of playable units set for release in the Version 6.x updates includes a lineup of Nod-Krai, Fatui, and important lore characters. The first two characters from Version 6.0 are expected to be 5-star units, based on previous leaks. The information provided by Shiroha mentions that one of them is a male Electro DPS related to the Lightkeepers, while the other is a female Geo Crystallize DPS related to the Scions of the Frostmoon. This lines up with the previous leaks about the Genshin Impact 6.0 characters.

The leak says that the Electro unit will debut in Version 6.0’s Phase 1 banners, while the Geo unit will be released in Phase 2.

The leak also says that Version 6.1’s character will be a female Pyro unit whose identity is the “Lady Boss.” According to the information, she will operate as a multifunctional support and should resemble a Pyro version of Escoffier, who is a Cryo sub-DPS. This means that the game could get another much-needed Pyro sub-DPS option to pick from following the release of Mavuika in Genshin Impact earlier this year. In Version 6.2, the leak mentions that Durin’s playable form will be released as a Pyro Vaporize DPS.

Like Version 6.0, Version 6.3 may also feature two new playable characters, according to the leak. The Phase 1 banners in Version 6.3 may see the debut of Columbina. The leaks say that the Third of the Fatui Harbinger is a Hydro support and possible DPS, and that she has synergy with Nod-Krai characters thanks to her status as the Goddess of Frostmoon. Meanwhile, Phase 2 banners may see the release of a character currently nicknamed “White Horse Fairy.” The leaks say they are an Anemo character whose gameplay may resemble Nilou.

Genshin Impact 6.0: All Leaked Fatui Harbingers For Nod-Krai

In Genshin Impact 6.0, players will move to Nod-Krai, and leaks about the update indicate that they will meet with several Fatui Harbingers.

In Version 6.5, you may finally gain access to Varka, who is said to be an Anemo DPS. Following him, in Version 6.6, Nicole may be introduced as a Cryo support. The leaks say that Nicole is Witch N from the Hexenzirkel and that she is the human manifestation of the white spirit that has been seen in Nod-Krai’s teaser trailer.

According to the leak, immediately after her, in Version 6.7, players may see the release of Alice in Genshin Impact as a Pyro main DPS whose status as a Descender may be confirmed. Lastly, the leak mentions an unknown female character in Version 6.8, but other details about her are absent.

Genshin Impact 6.4 Leaks Show No New Characters (But There May Be At Least One New Unit)

There is an evident absence of character leaks for Version 6.4, leading to the interpretation that the patch may be one without any new playable units, but that may not be the case. There have been rumors about a playable version of Madame Ping in Genshin Impact, and Version 6.4 may coincide with 2026’s Lantern Rite Festival, which would make it a perfect moment for her to debut if the leaks are accurate. The leaks had mentioned she would be released during this year’s Lantern Rite, but given that it hasn’t happened, it may have been pushed into the future.

My Absurd Genshin Impact Theory May Be Closer To Being True Than Ever Before

While HoYoverse has made efforts to keep Genshin Impact and Honkai: Star Rail separate, I’m convinced that both universes will blend in the future.

As promising as the leaks currently seem, they should still be taken with the utmost caution, as it’s still early to tell, and even if the information is accurate, HoYoverse may swap things around. Moreover, the leak doesn’t mention the rarity of these characters. If they are all 5-star units, there may be even more in store with potential 4-star characters. The developer has the habit of offering a free 4-star character with every x.0 patch as a means of introducing all players to regional mechanics, so there may be a third unit in Version 6.0.

If this is the case, then the leaked list of characters may be compromised exclusively of 5-star units, with 4-star characters yet to be leaked. The number of leaks surrounding Nod-Krai and the 6.x patches should intensify in the upcoming weeks, especially after the introduction of Version 5.8. As such, it shouldn’t take too long before you get to know if the Genshin Impact leaks about at least some of these characters are correct.
