Rob Lowe has revealed his desire to reprise his 9-1-1: Lone Star role in the upcoming spinoff show 9-1-1: Nashville.
Per TV Line, Lowe revealed that he would be excited about a return to the franchise, and that his brother, Chad Lowe, serves as the executive producer and director on 9-1-1: Nashville, so he is awaiting a call. Lowe stated he’d need to ask his brother about the possibility of a role on the show, before joking that he hired his brother for 9-1-1: Lone Star, so it is only fair that he returns the favor. “I’ll have to ask Chad Lowe, my brother. Chad Lowe is the executive producer, director of 9-1-1 Nashville. So I’m just waiting for my phone to ring. I mean, you know, I hired him on Lone Star. I think turnabout is fair play.”
